Take care of your family!

Millions of men leave and leave millions of women with their children. It is considered that it is normal when they pay child support and sometimes visit a child: once a week, twice a week, once a month.

When you try to tell them that such a situation is abnormal, frightening, especially for a child, they object: “Yes, no, everything is fine. My wife calmly parted ways. She is pleased and the child is happy. ” And the child simply does not understand how it would be good for him if his father were near. Therefore, he is happy when dad comes and leads him to McDonalds.

But, the most terrible thing, of course, in this whole situation is that, in some deep sense, the child was sacrificed to his passions by his own father. A child who was supposed to come into the world according to God's plan, to be loved, to love, grow up and calm the old age of this person, to carry him in his old age, to take care of him, did not even come to the world, because his father did not care. Or, thank God, he came into the world, but also turned out to be unnecessary to his father.

I remember the story of one of our parishioners. Her husband left her daughter when she gave birth to a child. He quit and disappeared, as it often happens now. My daughter was in such serious condition that she did not have the strength to sue so that she would be paid alimony. What the father of the child was glad. He knows that he has a child, but he is not interested. And this woman, grandmother, told me that the child, when he lived in her country house, when he was already a teenager, was running away somewhere during the day. She decided to trace where he was there for two or three hours running away after each breakfast. She followed him and saw the child go out into the field and shout: “Dad, Dad!”. Shouted, then wiped away tears and returned home.

And so it occurred to me: after all, somewhere there is this mad father who does not want to know that there is a person who is ready to love him. Father lost not just an object of spending money in this situation. He lost the one who was willing to love him.
