Humanitarian assistance to the Ladyzhin's boarding school

On the bank of the river in a picturesque quiet place near a small town Ladyzhin there is a boarding school for disabled children diagnosed with cerebral palsy of severe form and developmental malformations.
About 150 disabled children live in the boarding school. They spend most of their life lying in beds. The boarding staff cares carefully for the children, and the educators try to give time to each child individually: to draw, to collect large puzzles, to play games. But most of all children like to go in carriages for a walk. Fresh air and the beauty of the surrounding places please them and it is very difficult to bring children back to the room.
Volunteers of the Ionin Monastery often visit the orphanage, spending time with their children. We also decided to take part and, within the framework of the "From Heart to Heart" Foundation project, we provided humanitarian assistance for children.
Children always look forward to the arrival of volunteers and will never tire of rejoicing and charging guests with positive emotions!
