Sports games of Poltava

On the 15^th of May 2018 football and table tennis competitions were held for the Cup "The Season 2018" under the patronage of the PO "Pavlichenko Brothers Fund" and the Federation of Beach Societies in the Poltava region. The competitions took place on the basis of the Poltava National Pedagogical University sports complex. Eight teams from boarding schools of the Poltava region and the Poltava secondary school №22 participated in sports games. The prize places from the football were distributed as follows:

1st place - Poltava special boarding school № 1 of the I-III centuries of the Poltava regional council;

II place - Varvarovka special boarding school of the Poltava region;

III place - Poltava Special Secondary School №2.

The winning teams were awarded with cups, medals, sweet gifts. Every team received the diplomas of participation. The member of the Mayorschyna special boarding school team Gordianko Mikhail won the "Best Player" nomination. The nomination "Best Defender" was given to Stolyarenko Danylo, a student of the Poltava Secondary School № 22. The best striker went to a student of the Varvarovka special boarding school Helmel Daniel. The players are awarded with sweets and sports sweatshirts from FC Chelsea.
The following players have won in the table tennis competitions:

1st place - Helmel Danilo (Varvaraovka Special boarding school of the Poltava region);

II place - Makeevka Ruslan (Kobelyaky special boarding school of the Poltava region);

III place - Shketnik Dmitry (Kremenchuk special boarding school of the Poltava region).

All teams received desktop calendars from FC Chelsea, and the participants received sweet gifts and key chains from FC Chelsea.

The sports competitions continue. The winning team of the tournament of the Poltava special boarding school №1 will take part in all-Ukrainian zonal competitions in Slavutych.
