Beach Soccer Tournament among Boarding Schools for the Football Family-Osin 2019 Cup

A beach soccer tournament was held among the teams of boarding schools in the city of Poltava and the Poltava region for the Football Motherland-Osin 2019 Cup. Competitions were held on September 20 at the summer venue in the park area of ​​the Levada region of Poltava under the patronage of the Public Foundation “Pavlichenko Brothers Fund”.

Ten teams took part in the competition. The weather on Friday morning breathed cool, and the guys started the game wearing socks. But soon, from the intense struggle for victory and from the support of coaches and fans, it became hot. In beach soccer, the technique of possession of the ball is important, the speed of movement on the sand and the guys demonstrated their skills with pride: they improvised with strokes and used punches in the fall “through themselves”. The compact size of the playing field allows players to score from almost any position, even a direct hit from their goal. Thus, the winning teams were determined:

I place - took the team of Poltava specialized boarding school No. 1;

II place - at the team of the Barbarian special boarding school in the Poltava region;

III place - at the team of the Poltava special boarding school for deaf children.

The remaining places went to the teams:

IV place - the team of the Yakhnivsk special boarding school of the Poltava region;

V place - the team of the Mayorshchina special boarding school in the Poltava region;

VI place - the team of Poltava specialized boarding school No. 2;
VII place - the team of the Kobelyak special boarding school in the Poltava region;

VIII place - the team of the Gradezh special boarding school of the Poltava region;

IX place - the team of Poltava comprehensive school No. 22;

X place - the team of the Kremenchug special boarding school named after A.S. Makarenko.

Winners and prize-winners in the team championship were awarded with cups, and the participants with medals.

The constant assistant inspiring ruffles is the English football club Chelsea. Teams were given memorable gifts with the Chelsea logo. These are: sports suits, soccer balls, winter sports hats and gloves, pennants, photos of football players. Also pleased with the guys sweets.
