Results and thanks

In anticipation of the new year, saying goodbye to the old calendar, I want to take stock.

2018 was a jubilee year for our organization - we celebrated our tenth anniversary and in honor of this we released the film “10 years together.”

The year was not easy. Compared to the other years of the Fund’s activities, there were not so many events and events. But it was possible to expand the scope of activities: in rendering charitable assistance to low-income families, lonely old people, Sunday schools and temples, in addition to Poltava and Kiev regions, Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Sumy, Zaporozhye, Kamensk, Odessa, Bukovyn, Kherson and Luhansk regions were added. Families were sent food packages and stationery for children. Sunday schools are also provided with the necessary stationery and sports equipment. A material base was provided for organizing pilgrimages to the shrines of Ukraine for children of Sunday schools and parishioners. Assistance was provided in the repair of many parish churches in Ukraine, especially in the Luhansk region.

As before, the sports activities of the boarding schools of the Poltava region were supported. In addition to sports and athletics competitions, the final competitions of the All-Ukrainian children's football tournament “Football for Kids” were organized and held.

The children's department of oncohematology in the city clinical hospital of Poltava was not left without attention: syringes and stationery were constantly transferred, and English classes were held with the children.

It would be more difficult for us to carry out our activities without the support of people and organizations that helped us and sought to bring joy and happiness to everyone with us.

We express our deep gratitude to Chelsea Football Club for providing mementoes with the team logo. Without your help, we would not have been able to inspire children so much to achieve sporting heights.

We are grateful to our partners, the NGO Myrhos and the NGO Progressive Initiative, which participated in our joint projects and works of mercy.

We thank Poltava Pedagogical University. V.G. Korolenka, who provided his sports complex for the possibility of holding children's competitions.

We thank the teams of the Lubensky Tuberculosis Children's Sanatorium, the Poltava Clinical City Hospital of the Onco-Hematology Department, the Varvarovskaya Special Secondary Boarding School, the Mikhailovsky Special Secondary Boarding School for their desire to participate in the life of every child, for their care and love, which, by taking reciprocal action, help children recover and believe in your strength.

We thank the Sunday schools and parishes of Poltava, Kiev, Zhytomyr, Vinnitsa, Sumy, Zaporizhia, Kamensk, Odessa, Bukovyn, Kherson, Luhansk regions, which support people in difficult moments of life, helping them to gain faith and the meaning of existence.

We thank everyone together and everyone individually, who responded to the realization of our good ideas and creative ideas.

We close one page of our activity in order to open another one next year. We are not given to predict what the coming year will be, but we believe that we will have the opportunity to carry out our plans. We hope that we can do more, expand our activities and provide assistance to many. There are still many good deeds ahead. We wish everyone who seeks to bear the good fruits of their earthly life, not to remain indifferent to the accomplishment of deeds of goodness and mercy. We believe that the good deeds of each are able to multiply the world on earth and make evil negligible.
